Simply put, a building energy management system or BEMS for short is a computerised system that watches over and controls you home or business heating system at a micro level.

Basically a PIR is a motion sensor. Using the Heatingsave system it will turn on the heating in a particular room when it senses movement. It will also turn off the heating when there is no movement.

The HeatingSave room sensor is a small temperature sensor which replaces your existing room thermostat. It continuously measures the temperature in your home or business and sends information back to the Heatingsave building energy management system. Then the HeatingSave BEMS will makes small adjustments to keep your house or business comfortable without wasting fuel and money.

A small temperature probe which is used for evaluating temperatures on the boiler flow and return pipes and the air temperature outside your home or business. Used as an alternative to the room temperature sensor.
