Building management systems will help businesses achieve their energy saving targets in 2018

Building management systems (BMS) can help businesses achieve their energy saving targets for 2018 – and this is something most companies should really focus on this year, as this can boost the performance of their workplace and bottom line.

Beside slashing one’s energy bills, installing a BMS systems provides a host of other benefits, including reduced operational and maintenance costs, improved employee productivity, and increased comfort—plus being environmentally friendly.

Many businesses don’t have the in-house technical expertise needed to identify, or properly evaluate, energy savings opportunities. This can make the process confusing, and even intimidating. There are many areas in which organizations can implement energy efficiency, but it can be difficult to know just how and where to start.

HeatingSave BMS helps you achieve your energy saving targets – and we guide you through the process

HeatingSave strongly believes that companies considering the implementation of various energy saving measures should assess their specific energy expenditure beforehand, and this is the reason why we’re offering an Energy Savings Survey free of charge.

Our free-of-charge Energy Savings Survey is split into two parts, namely a Telephone Survey that will see a HeatingSave Energy Consultant discuss in general terms the type of heating and cooling systems that you currently have in place. At the end of the Telephone Survey we will discuss with you whether a follow up Site Visit is worthwhile.

If that’s the case, then the HeatingSave Energy Consultant will make an appointment to visit your organisation or business, free of charge, to review the heating and cooling systems that you currently have in place.

As part of the site visit, the Energy Consultant will tour your facility to see other types of heating systems that you may have, such as space heaters, and where radiators or ducting is located and check your last 12 months gas, oil and electricity bill.

Although there is no such thing as a typical building, the amount of time the Energy Consultant usually spends with you is less than 1½ hours. Our Energy Consultants are fully trained by us and are able to spot most possible “quick wins”.
