HeatingSave’s parent company, Tensor plc, the UK based, award winning market leader in the design, manufacture and installation of security, access control, attendance monitoring and energy management/monitoring systems is proud to announce that it has just successfully passed the very stringent re-certification audits for the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems and ISO 14001:2015 Certification for Environmental Management Systems standards.
The ISO 45001:2018 standard is used to demonstrate that a company has a robust occupational health and safety management system in place. This framework is a clear differentiator for businesses who have significantly enhanced their safety and health programs, reduced workplace injuries and illnesses, and dramatically improved employee productivity and standards of work.
Achieving re-certification for the ISO 45001:2018 standard proves Tensor’s commitment to a very solid health and safety provision – which is, in fact, a key issue during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The ISO 14001:2015 standard, on the other hand, sets out the criteria for an environmental management system and maps out a framework that a company or organization can follow to set up an effective environmental management system.
The internationally-recognised certification demonstrates that Tensor’s systems, processes and procedures are mature and robust, they are regularly audited externally, and that the company is continually striving to improve how it identifies, manages, monitors and controls environmental issues.
We strongly believe that maintaining these world-class standards reflects Tensor’s “best of breed” status and commitment to a corporate culture of increasing productivity, enhancing product quality, and elevating company recognition and reputation among customers and the community, as well as our commitment to tackle the “climate emergency” by integrating an effective environmental management system into both our strategic business plan but also our day-to-day operations.
