Small businesses could get interest free loan to fit money saving intelligent heating control

Soaring oil prices have put pressure on Britain to find alternative sources of energy, and buildings are set to be fitted with green energy meters measuring how much heat they produce from sustainable fuels. Under plans to be confirmed by ministers, householders, businesses and public buildings are to be offered cash incentives to install environmentally friendly technology. In return they will receive a grant based on the amount of heat which is produced from the alternative source.

Homes and businesses can reap immediate savings by installing a HeatingSave intelligent heating control system which typically saves you 20% to 30% or more from heating bills. You can use the system to control environmentally friendly technology like solar water heating collectors to double your green credentials. For businesses there are two variants of HeatingSave, Small Business and Enterprise. If your business has less than 250 full-time employees, and a turnover of less than €50 million (approx. £35 million) then you could be eligible for a Carbon Trust interest free loan.
