HeatingSave provides a complete customer support from our fully trained in-house Help Desk team from 8:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
Maintenance contracts are available for support of both hardware and software, and we offer a range of options allowing you to tailor your support package to your own requirements. We also run training courses at our Training Facility at Hail Weston, on your customer site, or online via Zoom/Teams etc, so that you are able to handle 1st line support using your own staff. We highly recommend that you train your own staff in this respect. Please talk to our Help Desk teams to discuss the various option available.
The HeatingSave helpdesk is also on-hand to offer advice and guidance on any technical issues you may have with your HeatingSave system or software.
Unlike many other companies, we support all of our products in-house, so you can get instant feedback and action to your support from the company that designed and manufactured your HeatingSave system.
