HeatingSave now listed in the Carbon Trust Green Business Directory

HeatingSave has been officially listed in the Carbon Trust Green Business Directory, the latest feature of the Carbon Trust Accredited Supplier scheme.

Launched earlier this month, the Green Business Directory is promoted by the Carbon Trust as the ‘go to’ website for businesses looking for high quality suppliers of energy efficient equipment and low carbon technology. Only Carbon Trust Accredited Suppliers are included in the Green Business Directory.

The Carbon Trust Accredited Supplier scheme is the market-leading scheme for high quality energy efficient equipment and renewable technology suppliers. It provides independent validation and recognition of a supplier’s skills and services.

Accredited Suppliers must meet or exceed criteria set by the Carbon Trust designed to examine their capability to deliver thoughtful, well-designed energy efficient and renewable energy systems.

In fact, a company’s Carbon Trust Accredited Supplier status gives their customers reassurance that they have been independently assessed by the Carbon Trust – an increasingly valuable point of differentiation in an ever-growing market place.

HeatingSave and Tensor plc have been successfully selected as an Accredited Supplier to the Carbon Trust back in February 2012.

The Accredited Supplier status was awarded in recognition of HeatingSave’s track record in supplying and installing high quality energy efficient solutions for its customers. Within the application, backed by a series of successful testimonials and case studies, Tensor featured its HeatingSave product – a revolutionary Energy Management System that reduces the energy consumption of businesses and homes by typically 20 to 30%+.

HeatingSave is also approved to work and save fuel within the Energy Technology List, which is managed by the Carbon Trust on behalf of the Government. It is also approved by the Department of Energy & Climate Change and the Energy Savings Trust and was specified by the Building Research Establishment for the energy efficient homes retro-fit program, called The Greenhouse Project.

Last, but certainly not least, it’s important to mention that HeatingSave is a component part of the Government’s Green Deal program.
